Section 84
Decision-making process

(1) The decision of the military court shall be based on the majority. If the votes are equal, the decision will be considered in favor of the accused. But the following will be as follows:-
(a) At least two-thirds of the votes will be required to pass the sentence of life imprisonment by the General Military Court.
(b) There must be unanimous consent to be sentenced to life imprisonment by the summary general military court.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the opinion supported by the chairman shall be valid in procedural matters other than sentencing and sentencing.
(3) When the sentence is pronounced by the military court, the prad vivak present in the military court or his representative may express his separate opinion.
(4) The criminal justice rights of the accused shall be protected during the investigation and trial of the case to be heard in the military court and a reasonable opportunity shall be given to present the defense evidence.
